CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure fairness to all clients and allow enough time to accommodate those on the waitlist, I kindly ask that you review the following policy before booking. Rescheduling & Cancellations * Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. * Any cancellation or reschedule request made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. Same-Day Cancellations * Same-day cancellations do not provide enough time to fill the appointment and will result in the loss of your non-refundable deposit. No-Shows * Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. * No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit before booking any future appointments.
